Welcome to Big Spring Mennonite Church!
We are a community of followers of Jesus who worship God together, pray and care for each other and seek to bring God’s healing and hope to those whose lives we touch in Page County, Virginia. We look forward to meeting you.
We are a part of the larger Mennonite Church USA and share common convictions with Mennonites around the world of living in the way of Christ’s peace, justice, grace and love. We are all traveling on this faith journey together, discovering what it means to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves.
The people of Big Spring seek to serve each other and our community through various ministries. We worship together on Sunday and share in Christian Education. We help to feed children in our local school and nourish their souls through opening our doors for Christian Education and Bible Ministries. We pray together at noon on Wednesdays remembering those nearby and those around the world. We help sort clothes donations for a local ministry, visit the residents of an Assisted Living facility in town and hold a yearly yard sale as a way to reach out in the Page County community.
We are a small church with a big heart. Stop by and visit us. Come join us for worship and we will walk with you as we discover God’s presence in our lives together. Come walk with us as we seek to know and love Jesus daily.
